Esta mala foi feita com um retalho de tecido que, como podem ver, é uma espécie de jornal.
As laterais são em tecido de algodão vermelho e medem 5cm de largura,tal como o fundo.
This purse was made with a fat square of a fabric that looks like a newspaper.
The sides are made of red cotton fabric, with 5cm widht as the bottom.

Esta mala foi um entusiasmante projecto de costura para mim! O lado com a Dorothy e o Espantalho no jardim é apenas uma peça de tecido, o outro lado com o “I wish I had…” foi feito com quatro peçasde tecido costuradas, acho que lhe posso chamar uma espéciede pachwork 
As laterais são a continuação da imagem do jardim, e medem 3cm de largura,tal como o fundo, que foi feito com o mesmo tecido que as alças.
Tem um bolso interior (18cm larg., 14cm alt.). Chamei-lhe mini tote porque suficientemente grande para ser uma tote bag.
This tote was an exciting sewing project for me! Te side with Dorothy and the Scarecrow in the garden is only one piece of fabric, the other side, with “I wish I had…” was made with four pieces of fabric sewed together, I guess I can call it a kind of pachwork The sides are the continuation of the garden image, in the front and have 3cm widht, like the bottom, made with the same fabric as the straps.
It has an interior pocket (18cm widht, 14cm height). I called it a mini tote cause it’s not big enough for a tote.

Fiz esta mala para uma amiga, e já foi! Poderei fazer algumas mais, do mesmo tipo, nunca iguais, porque já sabem que os meus artigos são “one-of-a-kind”.
Foi feita com trapilho, e gostei tanto dela, que até já estou a fazer uma parecida para mim, depois posto a foto!
I made this purse for a friend of mine, and she is wearing it already! I can make some more, to people who ask me to, not exactly like this one, you know I just do one of each. Was made with textile waste, thast’s my way to recycle… I loved it so much that I’m doing one for me!

Made with white textile waste, that I recile this way, red (bourdeax) felt for the heart. It closes with white velcro. The heart and the velcro are glued to the purse, with a very strong fabric glue, so they look good, like this for many time.

Feita com trapilho (desperdício fabril) branco, que reciclo desta forma, feltro têxtil bourdeax para o coração. Fecha com velcro branco. O coração e o velcro estão colados à bolsa, com cola para tecidos bastante forte, para que fique bonito, como está, por muito tempo.
